As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in ROSEVILLE, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities related to security-related concerns.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the outer perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, gates, trailers, and high-traffic operational areas to help to deter unauthorized access, report suspicious activity, and support the orderly flow of people and vehicles.
Complete routine reports on daily activities, incidents, and policy-related observations, and assist with following post orders for a fast-paced distribution location.
