About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Officer for a mobile patrol driving post at a commercial real estate location in Stamford, Connecticut. The officer will safeguard clients and serve tenants, visitors, and vendors through customer service, visible patrols, access monitoring, and incident response. The position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The listed schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at a pay rate of $20.48 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of a background investigation, subject to applicable laws.
Successful completion of a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, following established reporting and notification procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, identifying and reporting unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, patrols, and property conditions.
