As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Officer in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced transportation location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this customer-focused role, you will support access awareness, respond to site needs, and deliver professional communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities across a transportation location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking locations, and perimeter zones.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.
  • Prepare routine reports on observed conditions, incidents, and/or unusual activity, and report maintenance concerns or security-related issues to site leadership.
