About The Position

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On-Call Lobby Ambassador Hotel / Security Officer to join our Security team. The primary responsibility will be ensuring that guests are organized and adhere to reservation protocols while waiting for entry, particularly during busy peak hours. The ideal candidate must be proficient with computers, able to use an electronic reservation system to verify guest bookings, and maintain a smooth, orderly line. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as this role involves interacting with guests and ensuring a positive experience while enforcing entry guidelines.

Requirements

Proficiency with computers and electronic reservation systems.
