As a Security Officer Full Time Non-Driving in Waimanalo, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Screener in a busy food and beverage location, you will help monitor entry activity, screen visitors and team members, and support a smooth, welcoming experience. This role combines visible presence, routine observation, and strong communication to help address security-related concerns. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Screen individuals, personal items, deliveries, and/or vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with location protocols and post instructions.
Monitor entry points and verify credentials, badges, permits, and/or authorized access for employees, vendors, and guests.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
