About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Coordinator in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
  • Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help identify suspicious conduct, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues, then communicate findings through required reports and/or escalation channels.
  • Support property operations by assisting with visitor directions, tenant interactions, and/or routine security-related inquiries while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
