As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist - MW Realty in Kihei, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate. This role involves working as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while creating a welcoming presence for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with directions, inquiries, and other customer service needs at the location.
