About The Position

As a Security Officer Visitor Management Driver at a logistics and distribution location in Stockton, California, you will help safeguard the site by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, and maintaining an orderly environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

The position is full-time and pays $18.60 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the distribution location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Maintain accurate access logs, shipping and receiving traffic records, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations calmly; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
