As a Security Officer Full Time Overnight Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at transit facilities and surrounding areas.
  • Respond to incidents, service disruptions, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
  • Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
