About The Position

As a Security Officer Driving Position in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, issue badges, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and help deter security-related incidents while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
  • Monitor and control access to the facility, including verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and communicating access concerns to site leadership.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and other designated locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, access-control records, and incident reports, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
