Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and emergency responders while supporting a professional and orderly environment.
