As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Computer Logs in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to shoppers, employees, and visitors. Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales areas, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
