About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Armed Patrol Route Driver to serve and safeguard clients at a residential location in Madison, Tennessee. The role involves driving and foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, responding professionally to incidents, and providing customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff. The position requires an armed guard card or license and a valid driver’s license. The scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, at a rate of $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
Have a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Complete a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Complete a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random armed vehicle and foot patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Maintain required armed credentials and follow applicable laws, training requirements, and company policies regarding authorized equipment.
