About The Position

We are expanding our team and are currently looking for HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge team members for FULL-TIME security concierge roles. Schedule 1: Mondays to Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday to Sunday 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Schedule 2: Wednesdays to Sundays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

• Valid BST (British Columbia) Security License
• Minimum 1 year Security experience
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly
• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
• Physically fit and mentally alert

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of the premises by conducting proactive security patrols
• Provide superior customer service to residents
• Maintain a strong sense security presence in common areas, tower, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, surrounding walkways of the buildings and premises
• Conduct hourly patrols and actively monitor cameras
• Respond to emergency situations (security, medical, flood or fire) and facility emergencies (floods, elevator break downs, gate break downs). Write incident reports.
• Document and report as required daily reports, incident reports, for management and client follow up
• Proactively diffuse, respond and resolve difficult situations
