About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Napa, California. This customer-service-focused role involves welcoming and assisting visitors while managing access control and helping protect people and property. The schedule is a full-time day/swing combination: Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Thursday and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.50. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed an additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training can be obtained during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
