About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Tracy, California. The role focuses on customer service and building connections while supporting security in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is 24 hours per week, Wednesday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The position pays $22 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of security experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and complete an additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
