About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide security and customer service in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections and reassuring visitors through confident, helpful interactions. The position is based in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and has a full-time Monday-through-Friday first-shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Compensation is $19.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete the screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of people and property.
