About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer for a tech warehouse in Sparks, Nevada, at a rate of $25.00 per hour. The officer will help safeguard clients by providing customer service and carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. The role also involves responding calmly to incidents and critical situations and conducting regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
