As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Logbook in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, unusual conditions, and patrol findings in accordance with site requirements.
Assist with directing visitors, responding to tenant requests, and supporting a professional environment at the location.
