As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Access Support in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge procedures. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while working collaboratively with Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative team and acting with integrity.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, and maintenance-related observations according to site procedures.
• Complete required activity reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
