As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Credential Enrollment in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming presence, support access control and badge processes, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with professionalism. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general building information, and coordinate with property management and emergency responders when appropriate.
