As a Security Officer Government Patrol Clearance Required in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, while bringing integrity, reliability, and agility to every interaction in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized activity or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and sharing relevant updates on security-related matters with supervisors and site representatives.
