About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a part-time Surveillance Security Officer for a truck gate in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. The officer will monitor security systems and screens, identify suspicious activity, document events, respond to incidents, patrol the premises, control access, verify visitor identities, and help protect people and property. The position pays $17.50 per hour and provides a uniform at no cost. The schedule is Saturday from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and Sunday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. A $250 gross new-hire incentive is available to eligible new hires with an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS; it is payable after 180 days of employment in good standing and is subject to taxes and withholdings. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a personal vehicle.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
