Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Property Patrol

About The Position

As a part-time unarmed property patrol Security Officer at a technology-focused location in East Liberty, Ohio, you will help safeguard the client by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing customer service and clear communication. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and collaborate with site teams while representing Allied Universal’s people-first culture with integrity. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Pay is $21.00 per hour. The role includes access to a platform for viewing and claiming additional shifts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas, and report unusual conditions or potential security concerns.
Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and incident documentation according to site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Help deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence, professional communication, and consistent application of site-specific procedures.
Respond to concerns, document observations, and collaborate with site teams.
