As a Security Officer DoD Security Clearance Patrol in Clearfield, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide professional customer service and communication. Requirements

Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
Prepare clear, accurate reports on incidents, patrol findings, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
