About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver DoD Secret Clearance in Corinne, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and facility concerns.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials for personnel, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site access-control requirements.
  • Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
