Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and policies.
Screen individuals entering designated healthcare areas in accordance with facility requirements, including directing visitors and communicating access restrictions.
Observe and report unusual activity, prohibited items, or potential concerns to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Maintain accurate screening-related logs and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and facility representatives.
