Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, screening protocols, and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitors and/or deliveries, and document access activity to help support authorized movement throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, yard, trailer areas, and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and policy violations through visible presence, attentive observation, and consistent application of post orders.
