Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control and badge processes, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a telecommunications and technology location while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders when needed.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and support the protection of telecommunications equipment, technology assets, and facility operations through a professional presence and timely reporting.
