As a Security Officer Driver Visitor Management in Topton, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access-control records in accordance with site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify access concerns and unusual activity.
  • Assist with enforcing site traffic, delivery, and restricted-area protocols while maintaining a professional presence in an industrial location.
