About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Visitor Screening in Weiner, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing site access, verifying credentials, monitoring entry points, and supporting visitors and employees with exceptional customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
  • Observe vehicle, pedestrian, and material traffic at entry and exit points; assist with documenting shipments, deliveries, and unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and prepare required reports.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
