As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Waipahu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or unauthorized entry.
  • Monitor ingress and egress activity, observe common areas and storage-related spaces, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or property concerns through proper documentation.
  • Support daily operations by providing directions, answering questions, and completing detailed incident, activity, and/or shift reports in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
