As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

  • 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or local responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
  • Monitor access to the location and report unauthorized persons, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other irregular conditions that could impact daily operations.
  • Support Allied Universal standards by completing assigned reports, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with security-related customer service needs across the property.
