Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to members, guests, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and sharing updates with site leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed, and report maintenance, hazards, and other unusual conditions that could impact daily operations.
Support a professional environment by answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with de-escalation during member and visitor interactions when needed.
