Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support day-to-day operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, while bringing a reliable, agile, and innovative approach grounded in integrity and a people-first culture.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and/or notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as conditions vary by site.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or driver activity as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
• Support shipping and receiving area oversight by observing trailer, vehicle, and/or pedestrian activity and reporting unusual conditions, damaged property, or policy-related concerns.
