Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and verify entry authorizations for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols and regulatory requirements.
Support emergency and evacuation procedures, assist with incident response efforts, and communicate clearly with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
