As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication to tenants, visitors, and staff while supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations according to site-specific procedures.
