About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Cartersville, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, deliveries, and contractor entry in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
