As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Driver Patrol in Leesport, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This driving position includes using a company vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and authorized personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government residential care location.
Respond to incidents, resident-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed by established procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and shift-report documentation.
Support a respectful, professional environment while interacting with older adults and individuals who may require additional assistance or accommodation.
