About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Healthcare Facility Patrol Driver in Cleveland, Ohio, you will serve and safeguard clients in a healthcare setting. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and help provide a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time, pays $17.00 per hour, and is scheduled Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

Hospital vaccines are required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and professionally, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Document incidents, patrols, and daily activities accurately while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence and supporting a welcoming healthcare environment.
