About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Officer for a driving patrol role at an aerospace and defense location in Archbald, Pennsylvania. The officer will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service while following site-specific security procedures. The role requires a valid driver’s license. The stated schedule is Monday and Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.22 per hour. Applicants must meet the listed age and education requirements and are subject to a background investigation and drug screen, as permitted by law. Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter areas; identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access.
Monitor access control points and verify credentials according to visitor management and facility access procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site-specific emergency response protocols.
Prepare clear and accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
