As a Security Officer Clearance Required Dispatcher in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will monitor communications systems, coordinate response activity, track access and alarm information, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response and communication activities.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and relay routine and critical information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or unusual activity, helping to support timely reporting and appropriate escalation through established protocols.
• Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident records, and related documentation, helping to support accuracy, accountability, and continuity of operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support activities through radio, phone, and/or system monitoring, while remaining prepared to assist with changing conditions across the location perimeter and business areas.
