About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Secret Clearance in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

An armed guard card is required.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Minimum of 2 years law enforcement, corrections or military background.
Must possess a Secret Clearance
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, and help support compliance with location rules for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Support reporting and recordkeeping by completing incident reports, shift activity logs, and other required documentation related to daily operations and/or security-related events.
