Requirements

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls and radio traffic, and supporting security-related communications at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Monitor dispatch systems, cameras, alarms, and communication channels to help identify unusual activity and relay timely information to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, documenting security-related events, service requests, and follow-up actions in accordance with site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting a dynamic location where working environments and conditions may vary.
