About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a part-time Surveillance Security Officer in Dayton, New Jersey. The role focuses on monitoring security systems and screens to detect suspicious activity and potential threats before they escalate. The officer will document observations, respond to incidents, patrol the premises, control access to secure areas, and help protect people and property. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and the wage is $20.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid New Jersey SORA.
• Have strong computer skills and proficiency with technology.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, as well as a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• CCURE 9000 experience is preferred but not required.
• Genetec experience is preferred but not required.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities
