Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing incoming calls and radio traffic, and supporting security-related communications for the location.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, access activity, and other reporting systems, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Dispatch security-related personnel to reported incidents, routine service calls, and priority situations, while maintaining clear communication with site contacts and supervisors.
  • Document incidents, calls for service, access concerns, and shift activity in logs and reports with attention to detail and established site policies.
  • Support emergency response activities by relaying information to appropriate personnel, tracking developing situations, and helping to coordinate timely follow-up across the location.
