Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a front desk location.
  • Monitor visitor access, greet employees and guests, verify credentials, and direct arrivals according to location protocols and front desk procedures.
  • Answer phones, manage sign-in records, receive deliveries, and communicate with staff regarding guest arrivals, service requests, and/or unusual activity.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and notifying appropriate contacts as needed.
  • Support a professional lobby presence by observing front desk activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and reporting maintenance, security-related, and/or customer service concerns.
