As a Security Officer Secure Entry Driver in Mount Holly, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, support visitor processing, and perform routine patrols to help discourage security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An EMT certification is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help control access for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site policies and security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, gate areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Support traffic flow and vehicle screening activities at designated access points, helping to identify unusual activity and/or policy violations for follow-up.
