You will remain visible, perform routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication that help to deter incidents. Requirements

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or personal belongings entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and established screening guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required documentation and communication channels.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials or authorization when required, and help to deter unauthorized access within the logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
