As a Security Officer Screening Associate in Vance, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Screen and verify individuals entering designated areas by checking credentials, directing traffic flow, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and supporting security-related procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around entry points, production areas, parking locations, and the perimeter, with duties that may vary based on site conditions and operational needs.
